By default, only administrators can reset a forgotten password.
To reset your password by yourself, use the automated system by going to the login page and clicking Forgot password?.
You should receive instructions on how to recover your password.
This option is ONLY AVAILABLE TO YOU if you previously added a recovery phone number or email address (preferably not an @moultonhallmethodist.org or @gmail.com address) to your profile. You will then receive instructions to reset your password by voice, text message or email.
Users with 2-step Verification turned on in their profile can reset their password ONLY with a recovery email address.
Users who have not added recovery information are directed to contact the administrator to get their passwords reset.
For staff members experiencing technical issues or problems with any equipment or services provided by the Google Workspace for Education, follow this procedure:
Send an email to email@example.com with as much details as possible about the issue you are experiencing (what service, steps that led to problem, type of computer or mobile device used, is the problem persistent or intermittent, how long you've been experiencing this problem, etc. - the more details you provide, the quicker we can resolve the problem).
In some rare instances, if the problem lies with the Google Workspace setting itself, your tech support staff may not have all the tools to remedy the situation. In such cases, they will forward your problem report to the Admin Tech Support staff.
Faculty and staff with unresolved issues with the school's technology infrastructure can also request to have their problems escalated to the Admin Tech Support.
Parents/Guardians in need of help or support with issues related to their kids (homework, school requirements, recommendations, etc.) should contact the school at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling the school's phone number at +1 (868) 625-6142.
